Sunday, my sister in-law and I woke up early coz we need to attend mass at the same time make confession.  It’s almost a month since I had my last confession. Thank God,  as we arrived at the church the confession is on going while the Mass is starting. I really felt great after confession for it eases the hard feelings I carried for almost a month. That’s the best thing of being a church goer for there is a bugging feeling if something is lacking in our life spiritually. It was really a beautiful Sunday for I’ve done my Sunday obligations.

I received a text message from my cousin in Taiwan. She told me that there’s an earthquake intensity 4 in Taiwan it is just normal to them for they experience it from time to time and their buildings are built to be earthquake safe. The calamity they fear so much is typhoon, even its just signal number one they will already panic for Taiwan is an island so rounded by water.

Way back 1999, I was there as a factory worker for two years and I experienced the intensity 7.2 earthquake. On my, I really thought that it was already end of the world for it happened at 1:00 o’clock in the morning, everybody at the dormitory were asleep so the lights are turn off right away. Then suddenly the dormitory was thoroughly shaking , in fact we still heard the sound under the ground. So everybody woke up and went outside and was looking for a safe place, but it’s too dark outside for the power was suddenly cut off. Just imagine everybody is panic at the same time too dark and the ground is still shaking it took more than 5-10 minutes including the after shocks.

It was really a bad dream to us Filipinos and we keep on praying that nothing gad happens to us there. The worst thing that follow is that there were no more water, no electricity but not long and no telephone it means no communication from our love ones in the Philippines. Thanks God, at 10:30 in the morning the telephone have dial tone, and every Filipino were very busy making calls to let their family know that were doing fine, for it is very hard being away from them in moment like this. For that, I learned a lesson that no one can save us but prayer, our very own faith to God our only creator.

Teenagers need to get plenty of sleep-between eight to nine hours every night. Pay attention to these warning signs, courtesy of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, that you may not be getting enough shuteye:

• Difficulty getting out of bed in the morning.
• Problem in focusing
• Feeling depressed, irritable, moody or sad.
• Feeling asleep at school during classes.

Stay at home the whole day for i am not feeling well. I take medicine to relax then i sleep for two hours. May niece woke me up for need to eat for lunch, but i just told her just go ahead for for don’t feel hungry and still not feeling well for it force myself to eat I might just vomit. It is really hard if were not felling well. Even if our mind want to do something but our body will just resist. That is why we must take good care of our health for there are lots of things we misses like time, pleasure and sometimes treasure for our health is our wealth.

She is my favorite super hero and i won’t miss watching every episode of her TV series of Wonder Woman for she save people who are oppressed, at the same time the movie is good for the kids.

On a television, she had an invisible jet, a lasso of truth and indestructible silver bracelets, but in real life, Wonder Woman has her own secret weapon: sobriety.

Now, 10 years sober, the former Miss World USA hope she is “stellar human being” who is enriches the life of her family and friends.

Instead of getting bored with the same old vegetable choices that takes too long to prepare choose convenient and varieties of vegetables. In fact it is the best time to start eating green and leafy veggies good for our health and month of July is nutrition month, a perfect time to start with for our health is wealth.

Here are easy and safe ways to get plenty of vegetables in our diet, provided by the US Department of Agriculture:

• Buy fresh vegetables that are in season-they’ll be at their peak flavor and often less expensive.
• Keep plenty of frozen vegetables on hand for quick and easy microwave meals and sides.
• Look for conveniently packed vegetables , such as washed and peeled carrots, pre-washed bags of salads cut vegetables.
• Save time by making a baked potato in the microwave instead in the oven.

Alternate our veggie choices and how you prepare them. Try them raw and crunchy, then try them steamed.

The whole family visited my elder brother to the cemetery for we try to visit him once a week. There are Sunday’s that we missed visit there due to bad weather or there are circumstances that can not be controlled. Even though we can’t visit together one or two of the family member will be there at times. We offer flowers, candles and the best thing to do there is to say a prayer for the soul of our love ones, relatives and friends. The best offer we can give to them, as part of expressing our love to them.

My Papa and I went to downtown to check my ATM card if it is done for it’s more than one month since I applied through online transaction. But sad to say that it is still undone coz the website is under construction for they expanded their site for they want to serve their costumers the highest quality of ATM cards processing. I was advised to wait for the site to get online for they can’t process it without the site or maybe I will just reapply when the site is online. All i have to do now is to wait the site is ok. And looking forward it will be online soon.

My second day at home is new to me for I was busy even early in the morning for i need to do my job, which my friend taught me. That’s one good thing I’ve learned from them, actually for me my one month and five days staying there I really learned many things and i missed our daily routine. That even just one month it seems one year to me. A big opportunity I almost waisted in fact it’s been a while since they shared this new job to me, but i did not show any interest for i thought it is impossible on my level of knowledge.Just imagined myself compare to them that have gone long way when it comes to computers.Oh my, i lost myself confidence again when it involves to a big decisions like this. Thanking God that Ate CY and DY don’t stop helping me even we’re far from each other they really find a way to keep in touch so that i can work and learn this too. I do appreciate the kindness they’ve share offered to me, for now a days it’s really hard to look for friends like them, they are one of a million. Thanks for being so nice to me and to my family as well! I am very grateful to have you became part of my life, I am very proud of you!

What a wonderful day and we need to wake up early in the morning for it’s the second day of school of my nieces and nephews. And of course because classes is starting so the students are excited to wake up early coz they are afraid  that they might get late and tardiness can affect their grades. Oh, my! Those were the days where I can recall my elementary  and high school days!
