Take Good Care of Our Health

Stay at home the whole day for i am not feeling well. I take medicine to relax then i sleep for two hours. May niece woke me up for need to eat for lunch, but i just told her just go ahead for for don’t feel hungry and still not feeling well for it force myself to eat I might just vomit. It is really hard if were not felling well. Even if our mind want to do something but our body will just resist. That is why we must take good care of our health for there are lots of things we misses like time, pleasure and sometimes treasure for our health is our wealth.

Veggies are good for our health

Instead of getting bored with the same old vegetable choices that takes too long to prepare choose convenient and varieties of vegetables. In fact it is the best time to start eating green and leafy veggies good for our health and month of July is nutrition month, a perfect time to start with for our health is wealth.

  • Buy fresh vegetables that are in season-they’ll be at their peak flavor and often less expensive.
  • Keep plenty of frozen vegetables on hand for quick and easy microwave meals and sides.
  • Look for conveniently packed vegetables , such as washed and peeled carrots, pre-washed bags of salads cut vegetables.
  • Save time by making a baked potato in the microwave instead in the oven.
